Managing Attorney: Waldemar Wyszynski
Attorney Waldemar Wyszynski is managing principal of Wyszynski and Associates, P.C. Waldemar is known for his no-nonsense practical style. He is an aggressive yet poised advocate of his clients’ interests. Because of his belief in the adage that “a jack of all trades is a master of none,” he focuses his practice on matters related to real estate and business. He has knowledge and confidence in those areas of the law which he puts to use everyday while serving the needs of his clients. He has worked with clients’ in the greater Chicagoland area for his entire career. He has completed thousands of successful closings for his clients, whether ordinary buyers, sellers, developers, or investors. He has developed a loyal following of clients who appreciate his integrity and hard work ethic. He speaks Polish fluently. Through his knowledge of that language, he has served many needs of the Polish business and entrepreneurial community.
Waldemar has been practicing law since 1995. He had received his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1995 and his B.A. degree from Northern Illinois University in 1992. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and the Advocates Society.
Attorney John Vaglienty
John Vaglienty received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a Juris Doctorate degree from the John Marshall Law School. Prior to law school, he was employed as a commercial loan closer and real estate escrow officer. While in law school, John worked as a law clerk for Lawyer’s Committee for Better Housing, and received a PILI grant to work as summer intern with the Center for Disability Law’s real estate department. He was also a member of the John Marshall Real Estate Law Fraternity and was inducted to the Lambda Alpha International, Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics.
John now concentrates his practice in real estate and business transactions. He has handled hundreds of closings. He focuses on condominium conversions and new condominium construction. He advises developers on all aspects of condominium development, including but not limited to contract preparation and negotiation, property reports, closings, condominium turnover meetings, and all aspects of condominium development administration. John also handles landlord and tenant matters. His clients appreciate John for his integrity, hard work, and the ability to aggressively and successfully accomplish the goals of his clients. John is fluent in Spanish and serves the many needs of that ethnic group in the greater Chicagoland area.
